What will therapy cost?
Our session rates are comparable to other psychologists in New York City. Our rates vary depending on the service and clinician you are seeking and range from $150-325 for individual sessions and $200-400 for couples therapy sessions. Our patients typically receive reimbursement by their insurance of 40-70% of the session rate with their out-of-network benefits. We are committed to helping you find care that fits within your budget and lifestyle. Additionally, we offer several options for helping you get your out-of-network reimbursements in a timely manner. Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Simon accepts UMR Top Tier. We are out-of-network with all other insurance carriers. We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services. This can be viewed best on a desktop. If you do not have any out-of-network benefits, or if finances are a concern, please do not hesitate to reach out, as we offer sliding scale rates and various options that may fit within your budget.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 48-business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm) in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide 48-business hours notice and are unable to re-schedule, or you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
