A place to grow
We are an expanding group practice of clinicians who are passionate about helping our patients learn about themselves and grow. As such, we are dedicated to improving ourselves individually and as a team. Our group of clinicians meets regularly to discuss cases, we are committed to attending regular trainings, and we are in constant discussion about how to improve our practice to better serve the needs of our patients. We are looking for clinicians who are committed to group practice in that they are team-oriented, collaborative, and creative in their approach to helping us grow.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)
Opening is for a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD/PhD) to start June – September 2026 in a growing group practice in New York City.
This position requires a combination of virtual and in-person individual and couples therapy in Flatiron, Manhattan. Flexible start-date. Create your own schedule. At least 2 days/week in-person are required. Our practice serves adult clientele, with a special focus on perinatal mental health and couples therapy. Group supervision will be from an EFT lens with an emphasis on psychodynamic (object relations) case conceptualization.
You're an ideal candidate for this position if you have:
Prior couples therapy experience
Completion of or plans to complete EFT Externship is a plus!
Passion for working with couples and deepening understanding of EFT
Interest in the perinatal population and relational psychodynamic therapy
Commitment to a group practice–helping it grow alongside your own professional development
Flexibility in terms of a gradual ramp-up to a full caseload
Licensed psychologist: full-time caseload = 22-24 patients (seeing at least 18 per week)
Interest in a fee-for-service payment structure
60/40 split, with option for raise once caseload becomes full
Ability to provide both in-person (in Flatiron, Manhattan) and virtual therapy
Training + benefits includes:
1:1 weekly consultation
EFT peer consultation/group supervision
Reimbursement for additional training: EFT Externship and/or Core Skills Training; PSI Perinatal Training
Use of in-person office in Flatiron, Manhattan at least 2 days/week
Make your own schedule; Flexible start date
At least a 2-year commitment (with a fee bump once caseload is full)
